Why Try Goat Yoga?

Goat Yoga is a great way to connect with animals, ground to the earth by spending time on a farm, and maybe even trying yoga for the first time.

There is a very unique type of joy that fills you as you step onto the farm. Our unique experience brings you out to the farm instead of bringing the goats to a place out of their element.

Spending time with animals can increase levels of serotonin and dopamine. It’s so hard not to resist a smile on your face holding a baby goat or having a baby goat jump on your back during a pose. At our farm, you will meet various farm animals and our large herd of Tennessee Fainting Goats. You will have time before and after class to learn more about these animals.

Yoga can be intimidating to try at a studio for the first time. Our classes offer a chance for you to try yoga but at an easier introduction. Our classes are all-levels so you will have a great time whether you are an experienced yogi, only try out a couple postures, or you sit and hold a goat the whole class you will have a great time. During class you will have the opportunity to hold baby fainting goats, have baby goats jump on your back in various postures, and get all the photos you need!

Goat Yoga was originally started in Oregon several years ago and has gained popularity throughout the United States. Goat Yoga is a wonderful time to do something fun with friends or family or to meet knew people.

Our season runs through early September 2023.

Sign-up now to reserve your spot for one of our classes!

We offer mat rentals and you must sign-up ahead of time in order to attend class. We do not accept walk-ins for classes and we do not allow observers (even if family) to observe our classes. Everyone on the farm property must have a ticket for class.
